Privacy policy

Last updated 28 October 2026. Written in plain English.

This policy explains what personal information Avenqo Studio ("we") collects when you use avenqostudio.com or contact us, why we collect it, and your rights. It is written to meet the UK GDPR and common US state privacy laws.

What we collect

  • Details you type into our forms: business name, website, your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, trade, country and any message.
  • Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
  • Basic technical logs our hosting provider keeps for security (such as IP address and browser type) for a short time.

Why we use it

  • To reply to you and design the free homepage you asked for (our legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in answering it).
  • To provide the website you buy from us (our legal basis: our contract with you).
  • To keep our site secure and stop spam.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run our business: our website host, our email provider and, if you pay us, the payment provider that processes your payment. They may store data outside your country, with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries we don't turn into a project are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@avenqostudio.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the UK and unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
