Building work shouldn’t take over your life. Here’s exactly what happens, and when, from the first visit to the day we hand you the keys back.

Free design visit
We visit your home, talk through how you want to live, measure up and discuss budget honestly.
- 02Weeks 2–4
Drawings & fixed quote
Our architectural partner draws the plans. You get a fixed, itemised quote, so you know where every pound goes.
- 03Weeks 4–12
Planning & building control
We handle planning permission or permitted development, building regs and party wall notices.
- 04Typically 10–16 weeks
The build
One site manager runs your project daily. You get a weekly update with photos and the plan for next week.
- 05Final week
Handover
We walk through everything together, fix any snags and hand over certificates and guarantees.
